摘　　要：目的加强胸外科病房住院患者的护理管理,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法建立健全并落实各项规章制度,强化工作责任;加强宣传教育,提高感染控制意识;规范病区管理,包括护理人员、病区环境、医疗废物、患者及陪护人员的管理。结果病房环境得到改善,护理人员素质得到提升,医院感染的发生率有所降低。结论建立健全并落实各项规章制度,强化工作责任,加强胸外科病房的护理管理能有效地预防和控制胸外科患者术后医院感染,从而确保患者的安全,提高医疗护理质量。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the nursing management in the wards of thoracic surgery department so as to prevent and control the nosocomial infections. METHODS The various rules and regulations were established and made sound to highlight the work responsibility, the education promotion was intensified to improve the awareness of infection control, and the measures were adopted to standardize the ward management, including the management of nursing staff, ward environment, medical was＇te, patients, and caregivers. RESULTS The ward environ- ment has been improved, the quality of the nursing staff has been promoted, and the incidence of nosocomial infec- tions has declined. CONCLUSION It is an effective way to prevent the postoperative nosocomial infections in the patients of thoracic surgery department, ensure the safety of the patients, and improve the quality of medical nursing through the establishment and implementation of the various rules and regulations, reinforced work responsi- bility, and standardized nursing management.
