摘 要:目的了解溶血葡萄球菌血流感染的临床分布及耐药性,为临床用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析医院2009-2010年由溶血葡萄球菌所致血流感染患者的临床资料和微生物学资料。结果 2009年1月-2010年12月共分离到非重复溶血葡萄球菌50株,以儿科所占比例最高,约占26%,其次为急诊和ICU;溶血葡萄球菌对青霉素耐药率最高,两年耐药率分别为86.7%、90.0%,耐甲氧西林溶血葡萄球菌(MRSH)检出率分别为60.0%、75.0%,未见万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁耐药菌株。结论溶血葡萄球菌是引起血流感染重要病原,耐药性严重。OBJECTIVE To determine the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus heamolytieus causing bloodstream infections so as to guide the clinical medication. METHODS From 2009 to 2010, a retrospective survey was conducted on the clinical data and microbial data of the patients with bloodstream infections caused by the S. haemolyticus. RESULTS Totally 50 strains of non-repetitive S. haemolyticus were isolated from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010, 26 % of which were isolated from the neonatal department, followed by the emergency department and ICU. The drug resistance rate of the S. haemolyticus to penicillin was the highest, with 86.7 % in 2009, 90% in 2010. The detection rate of methicillin-resistant S. haernolyticus (MRSH) was 60% in 2009, 75% in 2010, while the vancomycin-, linezolid-, or teicoplanin-resistant strains were not found. CONCLUSION S. haemolyticus is the predominant species of pathogen causing the bloodstream infections and is highly drug resistant.
