摘  要:目的分析原发浸润性肺真菌感染的CT表现特点,探讨高分辨CT对原发浸润性肺真菌感染的诊断价值。方法对医院2009年1月-2012年12月收治的80例原发浸润性真菌感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行高分辨CT检查,分析不同感染分类患者的CT表现特点。结果共分离出真菌80株,其中曲霉菌属34株占42.50%,白色假丝酵母菌21株占26.25%,放线菌17株占21.25%;34例患者CT表现为曲菌球型,占42.50%,26例为弥漫型,占32.50%,14例为实变型,占17.50%,6例为结节型占7.50%。结论原发浸润性肺真菌感染的CT表现具有一定特点,不同分型在致密影的大小、形状和均匀程度方面存在区别,在疾病诊断中具有一定临床价值。OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of CT in diagnosis of primary invasive pulmonary fungal infections and explore the value of high-resolution CT in diagnosis of primary invasive pulmonary fungal infections. METHODS The clinical data of 80 cases' of patients with primary invasive pulmonary fungal infections who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2009 to Dee 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, then all the patients were undertaken the high-resolution CT examination, and the CT findings of the patients with different infections were analyzed. RESULTS A total of 80 strains of fungi were isolated, including 34 (42.50%) strains of Aspergillus, 21 (26.25 %) strains of Candida albicans, and 17 (21.25 % ) strains of Actinobacillus. There were 34 (42.50%) patients with the CT manifestations of aspergilloma type, 26 (32.50%) cases with diffuse type, 14 (17.50%) cases with the consolidation type, and 6 (7.50%) cases with nodules. CONCLUSION The CT findings of the patients with primary invasive pulmonary fungal infections are typical,with difference in the size, shape or homogeneity of the dense shadow between the various subtypes, which has certain clinical value in diagnosis of diseases.
