摘  要:采用盆栽试验,每盆装土15kg,分别加入硫酸锰0(CK)、25、50、75g,株平均新梢总长为140.9cm、155.7cm、128.8cm、93.1cm,锰处理疱疹发生株率均为100%,新梢顶端死亡率分别为23.8%、100%、100%,主枝回枯率为0、52.6%、74.4%,主干死亡株率为0、22.9%、62.5%;田间调查:重病树新生根干重为轻病树的31.1%,达5%显著水平;树体锰按叶片含量多少排列,其顺序为:重病树>轻病树,中部>外围>内膛,基部>中部>顶部;而根系锰含量则相反,重病树<轻病树.:In a pot experiment,0,25,50 and 70g Manganese were mixed with 15kg soil,respectively.The shoot lengths of test tree were 140.9,155.7,128.8and 93.1cm,respectively.Occurrence rate of stem blister in pot with manganese were 100%.Shoot dieback rates were 23.8%,100%and 100%.Main branch dieback rates were 0,52.6%and 74.4%.Stem death rates were 0,22.9%and 62.5%.Field investigation showed that DW of seriously-diseased trees were only 31.1% of that of lightly-diseased trees,the difference was significant (P>0.05).Manganese content in leaf were as follows in order of amount from large to small:Seriously-diseased >lightly-diseased,part between interior and outrior>interior>outrior,base>middle part >top.The root manganese content was on the contrary, seriously-diseased<lightly-deseased.
