摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混法,加入有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和增塑剂对聚乳酸(PLA)进行有机改性,制备聚乳酸/有机蒙脱土(PLA/OMMT)纳米级苹果套袋原料,并采用高速挤出机吹塑制膜,研究其制作工艺参数。结果表明:吹膜工艺参数为挤出机螺杆转速900r/min,吹胀比为2,牵引速率为5.5m/min,复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率达到32MPa和150.8%;制袋参数为热封温度155℃、热封压力500P、热封时间1s,可生产出绿色环保的苹果套袋,能够取代聚乙烯苹果套袋,实现生态农业生产。PLA which was added organic montmorillonite(OMMT)and plasticizer were prepared by twin-screw extruder melt blending method to organic modification, poly(lactic acid)/organic montmorillonite(PLA/OMMT)nanoscale apple bagging o riginal materials were prepared, then adopting high speed extrusion machine to blow film, The production process parametdrs were studied. The results showed that film blowing process parameters as follows: the extruder screw speed was 900 r/rain, blow ratio was 2,traction rate was 5. 5 m/min, the tensile strength and elongation at break reached 32 MPa and 150. 8% respectively. When heat sealing temperature 155℃, heat sealing pressure 500p, heat sealing time ls, the green apple bagging can be produced, and to re place polyethylene apple bagging, so ecological agricultural production was realized.
