摘 要:高自洁性室温硫化硅橡胶防污闪涂料的成功研制可以避免或是减少绝缘子、变电站等电力系统的表面积污,对于减少污秽闪络事故的发生起到重要的作用。通过在硅橡胶表面构筑微纳结构的方式成功制备了表面具有高自洁性的硅橡胶防污闪涂料,并通过薄膜法和玻璃微珠法对防污闪涂料的自洁性进行了检测,检测结果表明,塑料薄膜在洁净样片的表面无粘附作用,说明样片具有优异的自洁性;当0.3g玻璃微珠平铺在样片表面后,在样片倾斜45度角的过程中,玻璃微珠有96%以上会滚落,同样说明产品具有优异的自洁性。The prepared anti-pollution flashover coating of self-cleaning room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber can avoid or reduce the pollution accumulated on the porcelain insulators and transformer substations. It was important to reduce pollution flashover phenomenon in the power system. The anti-pollution flashover coating with high self cleaning property was prepared by constructing nanomicro binary structure on the silicone rubber coating surface,and the self-cleaning property was tested by the method of plastic thin films and small glass beads. The result showed that the plas tic thin film with RTV coating had not adherence, which indicated the coating had high self-cleaning property. Putting 0. 3g small glass beads on the RTV coating film, when the film inclined to the ground at an angle of 45,96% of glass beads rolled off. It indicated the coating had high self-cleaning property.
