摘 要:采用液相氧化沉淀法制备纳米氧化高银和氧化铜复合材料。以硝酸银、硝酸铜为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,过硫酸钾为氧化剂,控制pH值为11,反应温度为80℃,在磁力搅拌器上反应2h,静置3h后,离心洗涤数次、80℃真空干燥4h,得到黑色AgO/CuO复合材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能谱(EDS)对AgO/CuO的结构和形貌进行表征;采用抑菌圈法,用制备的氧化高银和AgO/CuO对枯草芽孢杆菌进行抗菌性能测试。结果表明:AgO与CuO比例为0.4∶1时,杀菌效果最好。The high oxidation of silver and copper oxide composite material were synthesized by the method of liquid phase oxidizing sedimentation. Silver nitrate and copper nitrate as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as the precipitating a- gent,potassium persulfate as the oxidant, controlling pH 11, the reaction temperature was 80℃, 2 hours reacting in the magnetic stirrer, then rested it for about three hours, centrifugal washed it several times, vacuum drying it at 80℃ for four hours, and finally got black AgO/CuO composite material. Structure and shape of the AgO/CuO were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS). Heterotrophic bac teria testing by inhibition zone method was used to test antimicrobial performance of prepared silver oxide and AgO/CuO to bacillus subtilis. Results showed that when the ratio of AO and CuO was O. 4 : 1,the antiseptic effect was best.
