摘  要:通过水热法合成了具有优良磁学性能的Fe3O4空心微球。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的微观结构和磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:空心微球尺寸约450nm,由许多细小的粒子团聚成大小均匀的球形,当反应中未添加EDTA时,组成微球的粒子近似球形,粒径在12nm左右,当添加0.05g EDTA时,形成八面体形粒子,粒径约为40nm;合成的Fe3O4空心微球具有较高的饱和磁化强度和较低的矫顽力。Fe3O4 hollow microspheres with good magnetic properties were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The morphologies and magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results showed that the microspheres were homogeneous spheres with the uniform particle size of 450nm, which were agglomerated by a lot of fine magnetite particles. The particles approximated spherical shape with particle size of about 12nm when no EDTA was added in reaction solution, while the particles were octahedral shape with the mean particle size of 40nm by adding 0. 05g EDTA. The as-prepared Fe3O4 microspheres had high saturation magnetization and low coercivity.
