摘 要:以火山岩为载体,通过溶胶凝胶法经高温煅烧制备了火山岩负载ZnO复合光催化剂,并对使用寿命进行了考察。结果表明,经过6h光催化降解,500℃制备的火山岩负载ZnO样品对亚甲基蓝的脱色率为99.4%。重复使用5次后回收率为98.1%,所回收的火山岩负载ZnO对亚甲基蓝的脱色率为92.4%,同时ZnO的回收率为61.2%,对亚甲基蓝的脱色率为48.5%。ZnO-volcanics composites(ZVCs) were prepared via sol-gel method. Photocatalytic performance of ZnO and ZVCs were tested in sprinkling photocatalytic reactor, with methylene blue(MB) as pollutants. The ZnO and ZVCs were characterized by X-ray difractometer(XRD) and TEM. The photocatalytic degradatior of MB in aqueous solutions un der UV irradiation was investigated. Experimental results showed that the decolorization rate of MB used ZVCs was 99. 4%. In addition,the reuse and service life of the catalysts were analyzed. After 5 times repeated use, the recovery rate of ZVCs was 98.1 % and the decolorization rate of MB was 92.4 %. As a contrast, the recovery rate of ZnO was 61.2 %, the decolorization rate of MB was 48.5 %.
