摘  要:利用线性独立向量法对动筛排矸机传动机构作了讨论,推导出传动机构惯性力平衡时所满足的构件设计方程。设计两种方案降低传动机构的惯性力,运用ADAMS对两种平衡方案进行运动分析,得出铰接处受力曲线。通过对比不同平衡方案的优缺点,认为方案二既减少了排矸机工作时动应力,提高了排矸机工作的稳定性,又不至于影响排矸机的整体结构,实用性更强。The movable - bed jig transmission mechanism is discussed by the method of linearly independent mass - vectors, the conclusion that design equations when the inertia force of transmission mechanism in balance state is deduced. There are two schemes are designed to induce the inertia force of transmission mechanism. The kinematic analysis of this two schemes is carried out by using ADAMS, the force curve of connect - place is obtained. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two schemes, the second scheme is more practical,it is not only reducing dynamic stress and improving stability, but not affecting the overall structure of movable - bed jig.
