摘  要:目的:探索壳聚糖絮凝澄清工艺与醇沉工艺对中药水提浸膏吸湿性影响的差异。方法:考察2种纯化工艺对浸膏得率、糖类和氨基酸保留率、蛋白质和鞣质去除率、浸膏吸湿性的影响。结果:壳聚糖絮凝澄清工艺的浸膏得率、糖类和氨基酸保留率、蛋白质和鞣质去除率均高于醇沉工艺,但浸膏吸湿性低于醇沉工艺。结论:金钱草水提浸膏的吸湿性与多糖保留率、蛋白和鞣质去除率有关,为2种纯化工艺的选用提供依据。Objective: To explore differences between effects of chitosan flocculation clarification technology and alcohol precipitation technology on moisture absorption of water extract of Chinese medicinal herb.Method: Influences of two purification processes were investigated on extract yield,retention rates of carbohydrates and amino acids,removal rates of proteins and tannins,hygroscopicity of dry extracts.Result: Extract yield,retention rates of carbohydrates and amino acids,removal rates of proteins and tannin in chitosan flocculation clarification process were higher than that in alcohol precipitation process,but hygroscopicity of dry extracts was opposite.Conclusion: Moisture absorption of water extract of Lysimachiae Herba had relationship with retention rate of polysaccharides,removal rates of protein and tannin,it could provide the basis for selection of these two kinds of purification processes.
