摘　　要：目的：测定丝瓜根药材中常春藤皂苷元的含量。方法：采用HPLC,Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱（钻石）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺（85∶15∶0.04∶0.02）为流动相,流速1 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温35℃。结果：常春藤皂苷元在0.563 2~5.632μg线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,加样回收率97.49%,RSD 1.86%（n=6）,重复性RSD 1.73%（n=6）。结论：方法简便可行,重复性好,可用于丝瓜根药材的质量控制。Objective： To determine the content of hederagenin in root of Luffa cylindrica.Method： HPLC was performed with chromatographic conditions as follows： Dikma Diamonsil C 18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） with column temperature at 35 ℃,the mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acidtriethylamine（85∶ 15∶ 0.04∶ 0.02）,flow rate at l mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength at 210 nm.Result： The linearity of hederagenin was good in the range of 0.563 2-5.632 μg（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 97.49%,RSD was 1.86%.RSD of repeatability was 1.73%（n = 6） Conclusion： The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of root of L.cylindrica.
