摘 要:目的探讨新疆南部维吾尔族泌尿系结石与载脂蛋白Apo E基因多态性的相关性。方法收集新疆南部90例维吾尔族泌尿系结石患者和90例维吾尔族正常对照者。采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和限制性酶切法研究维吾尔族泌尿系结石与Apo E等位基因多态性之间的关系。结果本研究结石组与对照组均只发现3种常见的ApoE基因型,即E3/3,E3/4,E4/4,结石组E3/3型28例(30.1%),E4/4型4例(4.5%),E3/4型58例(64.4%);对照组E3/3型52例(57.8%),E4/4型3例(3.3%),E3/4型35例(38.9%),结石组E3/4明显高于对照组χ2=12.96,P<0.001,差异有显著性,等位基因E4在结石组中明显高于对照组,χ2=6.61,P<0.025,差异亦有显著性。结论泌尿系结石是一种与遗传关系非常密切的疾病,Apo E等位基因E4有望成为筛选和检测泌尿系结石的一个指标。[Objective] To elucidate the relationship between urinary stone disease and apolipoprotein ApoE gene polymerphism of Chinese uygur in south Xinjiang. [Methods] 90 Urinary stone disease patients and 90 normal controls were included. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction endonuclease analysis were used for the de- tection of Apo E genotype. [ Results ] Only 3 common gene types of Apo E, E3/3, E3/2 and E3/4 were detected in the study. The frequency of E3/4 gene type in uronary stone disease patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.001). The frequency of E4 allele in urinary stone disease patients was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.025). [ Conclusions ] The polymorphism s of apolipoprotein E gene has effect on urinary stone disease. E4 allele is probably a genetic susceptible marker of urinary stone disease.
