摘  要:经湿法脱硫后,电厂烟气的性质发生变化,其对烟道内衬材料的腐蚀情况更加严重。本研究介绍了脱硫烟气的腐蚀性并制备出一种新的复合涂层。该涂层选择具有固化方便、耐化学腐蚀、耐溶剂等优良性能的环氧树脂作为底涂;以耐高温、耐腐蚀性能优异的乙烯基酚醛环氧树脂作为面涂,同时为了适应面涂耐高温、耐化学腐蚀、耐磨损等要求,加入短纤维、增韧剂等提高面涂的性能;在底涂与面涂之间贴一层碳纤维布作为中间层来增强底涂与面涂间的粘结力,同时进一步增强涂层的防腐蚀能力。测试了复合涂层的抗热震性、耐腐蚀性、底涂与钢基体的抗拉强度等性能。结果表明:与玻璃钢相比,该复合涂层具有性能优异、施工性良好、成本低等特点。The flue gas properties will be changed after wet - process FGD ( flue gas desul- furization). It hurts the linings of chimney more seriously than before . This article has de- scribed the corrosive nature of flue gas, and developed a new kind of compound coating, which consists of three layers: epoxy resin based primer, which is easily cured, chemical re- sistant and solvent resistant; vinyl phenolic epoxy based topcoat, which is heat resistant and corrosion resistant, mixed with short carbon fiber and thoughener to improve its heat resist- ance, chemical etching resistance and wear resistance ; and an intercoat, which is a carbon fi- ber cloth (CFRP) to enhance the interlayer adhesion between topcoat and primer and further corrosion protection. The thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion between steel and primer were tested. The results showed that this compound coating was featured by its excellent properties, good application performance and lower cost compared to the glass fi- ber reinforced plastics.
