摘　　要：传统是发展着的概念,建构本土化图书馆学思想只有以古代图书馆传统为根基才能持守民族性,古代图书馆学思想也只有具有时代精神才能成为有生命力的传统。不能以西方学理为标准妖魔化自己的传统,而必须对古代图书馆学思想的特质进行自我贞定,在此基础上寻绎将其中仍具活力的智慧进一步转化为现代思想资源的具体路径。Tradition is the developing concept, in order to build local library thoughts, the only solution is to take the ancient traditional library as the foundation which can stick to nationality, the ancient library thoughts can become a living tradition only if it has the spirit of the age , we cannot take western theory as standard to demonize our own traditions, however, we must self - rating the trait of ancient library thoughts, on the basis of seeking for one of still active wisdom further translate into the specif- ic path of modem thought resources.
