摘　　要：文章以湖南省高校数字图书馆为例,分析了区域性高校数字图书馆的可持续发展与其管理机制的关系,指出区域性高校数字图书馆的建设与发展有赖于政府支撑机制、合理的费用分摊机制、科学的议事决策和管理模式,其可持续发展还需从经费支持、技术标准、用户服务、组织管理、激励约束等方面强化管理机制的建设。Based on Hunan university digital library, this paper analyzes the relationship between the sustainable develop- ment of regional academic digital library and its management mechanism. It points out that the construction and development of re- gional academic digital library depend on its powerful government support mechanism; its reasonable sharing mechanism of funds and its scientific deliberation and decision and management mode. But its sustainable development needs to strengthen its construc- tion of management mechanism from funds supports, technology standard, user service, organization management system and incen- tive and restrictive mechanism etc..
