摘  要:采用药芯焊丝和MAG焊接方法,在E级钢上用堆焊焊条635E进行堆焊,分析了堆焊层的显微组织、显微硬度及化学成分。结果表明,堆焊熔合层结合良好,热影响区主要由回火马氏体组成,堆焊层具有良好的强韧性和稳定性。在堆焊及其后的回火过程中,发生了碳的迁移,在熔合区基体侧形成脱碳层,显微硬度明显低于基材的硬度;而在熔合区焊材一侧形成增碳层,析出碳化物并呈现高硬度。The surfacing electrode 635E and a flux-cored wire was welded on E-grade steel with the metal active gas welding (MAG) method. The microstructure, micro-hardness and chemical compositions of the surfacing layer were analyzed. The results show that the surfacing fusion layer has good bonding and HAZ is mainly composed of tempered martensite. The surface layer has fine stability, strength and toughness. Carbon migration is occurred during the surfacing and the following tempering process. A decarburized layer is formed near the martix of the fusion zone where the microhardness is lower than on the base material; while a carbonized layer is formed and carbide precipitated near the welding material with high hardness.
