摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD),辉光放电光谱(GDOES)及60°V弯试验法研究了高强IF钢合金化热镀锌板镀层相结构及抗粉化性能。结果表明,合金化温度在500℃时,镀锌层表面以粒状δ相为主,同时还有部分柱状ζ相;合金化温度在550℃和580℃时,镀层为致密的粒状δ相。随合金化温度升高,镀层的抗粉化性降低。当镀层及次表层相结构以δ相为主,且含有部分ζ相时,其抗粉化性较好。Phase structure and powdering resistance behavior of the coatings on industrially galvannealed high strength IF steel were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), glow discharge optical emission spectrometry (GDOES) and 60° V-bending test. The results show that when galvannealed at 500 ℃, the coating consists of δ and ζ phase while the majority of which is 8 phase ; when galvannealed at 550 ℃ and 580 ℃, the coating consists of δ phase, the powdering resistance of the coatings become weaker with galvannealing temperature increasing. When the coatings consists of 8 phase with a little ζ phase, the powdering resistance behavior is well.
