摘 要:通过ANSYS有限元软件对直缝焊管表面裂纹无损检测进行模拟,研究激励频率和电流密度、线圈提离高度及裂纹尺寸对红外热像仪缺陷检测的影响规律。结果表明,随电磁激励频率和电流密度的增大,最大温差和最优检测时间段增加;激励频率为1 kHz时,不存在可检测时间段。随线圈提离高度增加,裂纹可检性下降。随裂纹长度和深度增加,最大温差和可检测时间分别增加和减小;裂纹宽度变化对可检测性影响不大。本仿真结果的准确性有待试验检验。Non-destructive test of surface crack of straight seam welding pipe is stimulated by ANSYS software. Influence of electromagnetic excited frequency, intensity of excited current, coil lift-off height and crack size on the crack detection of thermal infrared imager were researched. The results show that with electromagnetic exitation frequency and current density increasing, the maximum temperature and the optimal detection period increase. There is no detectable time period when frequency is 1 kHz. The crack dectectability decreases with coil life-off height increasing. The maximum temperature difference and the optimal detection period increase and decrease respectively with crack length and depth increasing. The change of crack width has little impact on detection. The accuracy of simulation results are still needed to be tested by practice.
