摘　　要：为解决数控淬火机床功能简单,控制系统封闭的问题,研究了一种基于工业PC机的数控淬火机床数控系统。结果表明,采用"工业PC机+通用接口卡"的形式,使数控淬火机床控制系统具有开放性,为数控系统的升级,以及复杂表面零件的淬火加工提供了可能。In order to solve problems of simple function and closed control system of NC hardening machine, a kind of CNC system of hardening machine based on industrial personal computer （IPC） has been studied. The results show that the control system of NC hardening machine is open and easy to be upgraded, as well as the NC hardening machine can process workpieces with complex surface shape by way of the ＇ industrial PC ＋ common interface card＇.
