摘 要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS及网格重划技术,对O型密封圈在往复直线滑移下的密封问题进行非线性分析,有效地解决了由于网格畸变而产生的非线性收敛问题,对伺服液压缸的内泄漏做了定量研究。通过求得密封界面中的流体压力,利用弹性流体动压模型计算密封界面的油膜厚度,以确定往复密封所产生的泄漏量。还分析了不同介质压力、密封圈的压缩量、摩擦因数和液压缸的动作工况等不同因素对该泄漏量的影响。结果表明,网格重划技术的应用使分析结果有较高的稳定性,密封圈与液压缸壁之间的摩擦因数与泄漏量密切相关,合理的密封圈压缩量利于减小泄漏量及摩擦力,使密封圈工作可靠。使用网格重划技术的计算方法适合大多数O型密封圈泄漏量的计算,为O型密封圈的设计计算提供了参考。The finite element software ABAQUS and remeshing techniques are used for O-ring nonlinear analysis under the recip- rocating linear sliding sealed, which effectively solve the nonlinear convergence problem caused by the mesh distortion and do re- search on servo hydraulic cylinder. Calculate the thickness of the oil film by using elastic hydrodynamic model and determine the amount of leakage of reciprocating seal with the result of the fluid pressure in sealing interface. Moreover, the effect of the medium pressure, O-ring pre-compression ratio, friction coefficient, and hydraulic cylinder working condition are analyzed on the leakage. The result indicate that using remeshing technology can make the analysis result having a higher stability, the leakage closely re- lated to friction coefficient between the sealing ring and the hydraulic cylinder, a suitable sealing ring compression is good to re- duce the leakage and frlction,which can make the seal ring reliable. The method used is suitable for the majority of O-ring leak- age calculation, which provides a reference for the design and calculation of O-ring.
