摘　　要：世界级制造(World Class Manufacturing,WCM)是当前汽车工业中最先进的生产方式,它以侦测到的工厂损失为导向,利用各种WCM工具来进行持续不断的改善活动,介绍了WCM中质量管理的一个高级改善工具即过程点分析(Processing Point Analysis,PPA),详细阐述了PPA的定义,并结合实际案例来说明其在改善现场质量问题中的应用。World Class Manufacturing（WCM） is the most advanced system of production in the motor industry;it uses all kinds of WCM tools for continual improvement activities based on detected losses in plant. Presents one of advanced tools Processing Point Analysis （PPA） of quality management in WCM, not only the detail definition of PPA, but also the example of application to solve quality problem in the shop tloor.
