摘 要:设计了利用压差驱动实现矿井承压水自排的新型排水系统,介绍自排系统的工作原理。通过理论分析,建立承压水自排系统增压装置和换向装置的数学模型,研究承压水自排系统的动态特性。根据增压装置与换向装置之间的运动联系,基于Simulink软件进行阀芯和活塞的运动仿真分析。研究结果表明,承压水自排系统通过压差驱动实现增压,而换向与增压之间存在直接的运动联系;系统具有响应速度快、超调量小及稳定精度高等特点,可用于矿井排水工作。该系统的开发对于煤炭安全生产与节能降耗具有较大意义。A novel automatic drainage system for confined water driven by pressure difference was designed, and the operating principle of automatic drainage system was introduced. The automatic drainage system used the energy of confined water to realize automatic pressurizing and drainage. The mathematic model of pressurizing and reversing arrangements for the automatic drainage system were established based on theoretical analysis, and the dynamic characteristics of the automatic drainage system for con- fined water were studied. Dynamic simulation analysis of the valve core and the piston were carried out based on Simulink accord- ing to the moving relation between the pressurizing and reversing arrangements. The results indicate that automatic drainage sys- tem for confined water realizes its pressurizing by pressure difference driving, and the reversing has direct motion link with pres- surizing. The automatic drainage system has the merits of fast response, small overshoot and high precision, and can be used for mine drainage. The development of such automatic drainage system is of important significance for safety in coal production and energy conservation.
