口服中药多组分现代缓释制剂体系的构建

摘　　要：中医中药历史悠久,疗效确切的中药及方剂数量较多,但目前绝大多数的药物剂型还停留在普通制剂,高效、长效且剂量小的制剂极少。缓释制剂在用药后能在较长时间内持续释放药物,维持血药浓度,降低毒副作用,其用药次数较少,可改善药物的依从性。然而不同于单体药物,中药及复方物质基础的本质是多组分,而不是1个或几个活性单体成分。因此,该文从中药多组分的角度,在中医药理论指导下,结合中药现代制剂技术来制备口服中药现代缓释制剂,最终改善中药的临床疗效。Traditional Chinese medicines have a long history, with a large quantity of efficient traditional Chinese medicines and prescriptions. However, the vast majority of pharmaceutical dose forms remain common preparations, with very few efficient, long- lasting and low-dose preparations. The sustain-release preparation allows sustained drug release in a longer period of time, maintains blood drug concentration, reduces the toxic effect and medication frequency, and improves medication compliance. Unlike monomer drugs, the material base of traditional Chinese medicine and compounds is muhi-component, instead of single or several active mono- mers. Therefore, under the guidance of the Chinese medicine theories, modern multi-component sustained-release preparations were developed for oral traditional Chinese medicines, with the aim of finally improving the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines.
