大辛庄遗址商代石刀生产工艺分析

摘　　要：石器生产是一个动态的生产系统,包含一系列的生产程序,从选料到制作以及后期的使用修整。通过对大辛庄商代石刀标本显微观察分析,石刀的原料采办主要是当地获取,充分考虑工具特性和使用方式,石刀制作过程完善,主要包括打制、琢制、磨制、刃部加工和钻孔等工序,而这些工序根据石料特点和工具用途采用多样的加工方式,工具形态的设计也充分考虑工具使用方式。出于节约原料和工具的有效性与使用效率的考虑,大辛庄商代石刀的制作存在二次加工和一器多用现象。通过大辛庄石刀的分类和生产工艺程序与思想的分析,能很好的反映商代大辛庄人的生产技术水平以及改造自然的能力。Stone Production is the developmental productive system. There are the series of production process, including stone raw material, making, use, repairing and maintaining. By the microwear analysis of the stone knife sample from Daxinzhuang site of Shang Dynasty, the getting of raw material of stone knife mainly is from the local position, thinking of enough stone tools characteristic and use pattern. The making process of stone knife mainly includes forging, carving, chipping, grounding, blade making and drilling etc. These processes are very different according to stone raw material characteristic and stone tool use. The design of tool shape also was thought of use pattern. Because of thinking of saving the raw material and tool effectiveness and use ratio, the making of Shang Dynas-ty＇ s stone knife of Daxinzhuang site had the cases of remaking and much function in one sample. By the classification and analysis of the production process and thinking of the stone knife of Daxinzhuang site, it will reflect well production technique level and the ca-pacity of reforming the nature.
