摘  要:目的考察覆盆子不同萃取部位对氢溴酸东莨菪碱所致学习记忆障碍大鼠的影响,摸索覆盆子改善学习记忆能力的有效部位。方法大鼠分别灌胃给予覆盆子不同萃取部位12g生药/kg,连续3周,空白组和模型组灌胃等量生理盐水。测试前30min,除空白组外,所有大鼠用氢溴酸东莨菪碱2mg/kg腹腔注射,造成学习记忆障碍动物模型,检测大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的逃避潜伏期、空间探索能力。结果覆盆子氯仿部位、正丁醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位、水部位均可不同程度缩短大鼠的逃避潜伏期,增强大鼠的空间探索能力,均有一定的改善东莨菪碱所致学习记忆障碍大鼠学习记忆的能力。结论覆盆子氯仿部位、正丁醇部位、乙酸乙酯部位、水部位具有改善东莨菪碱所致痴呆大鼠学习记忆的功能。Objective To investigate the impact of raspberry's different extract parts on learning and memory impairment rats induced by scopolamine hydrobromide and to explore the effective extract parts of raspberry in improving learning and memory abilities. Methods Intragastric administration of raspberry's different extraction parts in dose of 12 g/kg to rats for three weeks. The blank group and the model group were given a same - volume - garage of saline. All rats except those in the blank group were intraperitoneal injected by scopolamine hydrobromide 2mg/kg 30min before test , causing the impairment of learning and memory in animal model;the rats' escape latency and space exploration ability has been detected in the Morris water maze. Results All of raspberry's chloroform parts, nbutanol extract , ethyl acetate extract , water extract can shorten the rats' escape latency and enhance the rats' space exploration ability in different degree, so these parts have a certain improvement in learning and memory impairment rats induced by scopolamine. Conclusion Raspberry chloroform parts, nbutanol extract , ethyl acetate extract, water extract could improve rats learning and memory abilities.
