摘 要:目的建立牡丹皮及其不同炮制品的紫外光谱鉴别方法。方法利用紫外谱线组法对牡丹皮和牡丹皮炭不同炮制程度及其不同极性部位的紫外谱线图谱进行研究,采用紫外谱线组的吸收峰数及峰位置对其结构特征进行分析鉴别。结果牡丹皮及其炮制品的紫外谱线组的吸收峰、峰位及吸收度具有明显差异。结论紫外谱线组法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于鉴别区分牡丹皮及其炮制品。Objective To establish cortex moutan and its different processed products of the ultraviolet spectrum identification method. Methods To study the UV spectrum patterns including cortex moutan, different polar fractions and different degree of ginger carbon by UV spectral lines group, to distinguish and identify the difference between its'peak positions and peak number in ultraviolet spectrum patterns. Results The UV spectrum of cortex moutan and its different processed products showed obvious differences in maximum absorption peaks and number and intensity. Conclusion Ultraviolet spectrum winding method is simple, accurate, sensitive,and can be used to identify distinguish between cortex moutan and its processed products.
