摘 要:目的为藤梨根的生药鉴定和开发利用提供科学依据。方法四个产地两种基源藤梨根分别打粉制成水合氯醛装片及蒸馏水装片,在显微镜下观察并拍下显微特征图。然后分别取四种粉末通过薄层色谱进行理化鉴别。结果四种基源藤梨根均有针晶、石细胞、淀粉粒、木纤维及具缘纹孔导管,但在针晶数量分布及红棕色团块有无等方面有区别。理化鉴别中,四个产地两种基源藤梨根的成分及含量有区别。结论四个产地两种基源藤梨根的显微鉴别及理化鉴别对其药材鉴别及药效有着重要作用。Objective To provide scientific evidence for the pharmacognostic identification and exploitation and utilization of Actinidia Species. Methods Actinidia Species from two different origins and four locations were Bower Actinidia Root( from Nanning of Guangxi and Jinhua of Zhejiang) and Yangtao Actinidia Root(from Enshi of Hubei and Xinyang of Henan). They were shattered into powder and sifted by 4 sieve. Then microscopic slides of the powder were made through chloral hydrate and distilled water. The microscopic characteristic diagrams were taken under the microscope observation. Ultrasonic processing of four powders was taken after methanol added. And physical and chemical identification was proceeded through thin - layer chromatography after filter and concentration. Results Actinidia Species from two different origin and four locations had raphides, sclereids, starch grains, wood fibers and bordered pit vessel, but had some difference between the quantity and distribution of raphides and red brown mass. In physical and chemical identification, methanol extract showed yellow - green fluorescence in the UV lamp ( 365 nm). Conclusion The microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification of Actinidia Species from two different origins and four locations played an important role on the medicinal materials identification and efficacy.
