内外同治法对哮病虚哮证患者肺功能及白介素-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察内外同治疗法对哮病虚哮证患者肺功能及白介素-8的影响。方法将120例受试者通过网络随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。试验组采用固本养肺贴膏穴位贴敷联合固本平喘颗粒口服治疗,对照组采用布地奈德吸入剂和口服茶碱缓释片治疗,疗程10 d。观察肺功能、PEF变异率和白介素-8的变化。结果治疗后两组FEV1%与治疗前比较明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组白介素-8和PEF变异率明显降低,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组间比较无显著差异。结论内外同治疗法对哮病虚哮证具有良好的疗效,可改善肺通气功能和免疫指标。Objective To observe the amelioration of pulmonary function and interleukin - 8 by combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate - granules on treating asthma （ asthenia symptom - complex）. Methods 120 patients suffering from onset period of bronchial asthma were randomized to the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given Budesonide Inhaler and Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets. The treatment group was given combined therapy of external point application and herbal concentrate- granules, courses of treatment were both 10 days. To observe the amelioration of FEVI%, PEF and interleukin -8. Results After 10 days treatment, FEV1% of the two groups increased dramatically with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） ;The PEF and interleukin -8 of the two groups decreased dramatically with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. There were no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The exterior and interior combined therapy can improve the lung function and the immunization of patients suffered from asthenia symptom - complex of asthma.
