网络药理学在中药研究中应用现状及建议

摘　　要：网络药理学已成为当前中药研究的学科前沿。文章在查阅、分析相关文献的基础上,着重阐释了网络药理学在中药研究中的应用现状及建议。指出当前网络药理学在中药研究中的应用主要表现在:基于网络药理学阐释中药多成分、多靶点;基于网络药理学筛选中药活性成分;基于网络药理学阐释中药药效作用机制;基于网络药理学诠释中药饮片的主治、功能与归经等属性间相互关系;基于网络药理学诠释中药新的适应症;基于网络药理学阐释中药方剂主成分及配伍关系;基于网络药理学的中药现代研究思路探讨。并进一步就网络药理学在中药研究中应用存在的一些问题提出建议:开展基于网络药理学数据处理分析的培训;加强基于网络药理学的学术交流;加强基于网络药理学研究团队间的科研合作。以期为推动网络药理学在中药研究中的应用进程提供文献基础和思路启发。Network pharmacology （NP） has become one of the academic frontiers of study on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. This paper emphatically explained application status and proposals of NP in study on TCM on the basis of reading related literatures widely. The article pointed out that applications of TP in TCM research mainly reflects in seven areas, namely ①Clarifying TCM multi ingredients and multi targets ; ②Screening active chemical ingredients ; ③Clarifying active mechanisms of TCM ; ④Explaining interrelation among indications, function and meridian tropism properties of Chinese herbal medicine; ⑤Interpretation of new indications of TCM ; （~Interpretation of main component of TCM prescription and compatibility relations ; ⑥exploring modern research thoughts of TCM. Thereafter, the article further put forward three proposals according to some problems during TP applying to TCM research, namely ①to carry out data processing and analysis training based on NP; ②to strengthen academic exchanges based on NP; ③to enhance research cooperation between the teams based on TP. The present paper may provide literature basis and ideas inspired in promoting the application process of TCM research.
