摘  要:通过建立双向转诊奖励和问责管理机制,明确与双向转诊有关的岗位责任目标和绩效考核标准,将考核结果作为相关人员的职称评定、职务和岗位调整、工资和奖金发放标准的重要依据。结果显示,调动和增强负责双向转诊相关单位和个人的工作积极性和责任心后,患者满意度增加,医疗服务投诉率降低,门诊人次和下转人次增加。Through the establishment of reward and punishment management mechanism in two-way referral system, staff performance evaluation included two-way referral result which provided important basis for decision making of job promotion, work assignment, salary and bonus standard. Statistics showed that the enhancement of work enthusiasm and responsibility of two-way referral related institutions and individuals could improve patient satisfaction, reduce medical service complaints, increase outpatient visits and referral person-times (from tertiary hospital to primary health care institution).
