摘  要:目的:了解农村地区乡镇卫生院住院可分流病种患者的满意度现状,分析患者满意度的影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样对3县9个乡镇卫生院916例住院患者进行满意度调查,并运用单因素分析和多因素分析筛选出主要影响因素。结果:本次调查总体满意度平均得分为3.18分,影响患者总体满意度的主要因素有乡镇卫生院在岗人员、业务用房面积和床位数等。结论:患者对乡镇卫生院感知绩效满意度与总体满意度有待提高,相对于个体特征因素,卫生服务体系因素对患者满意度影响较大,应从乡镇卫生院自身建设着手,提高患者满意度。Objective To study the status of inpatients in township health clinics, and analyze the factors influencing the satisfaction. Methods Survey was administered among 916 hospitalized patients who were selected from 9 township health clinics in 3 counties by cluster random sampling method. Main influencing factors were screened by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results Inpatients' overall satisfaction was 3.18. The main factors influencing total satisfaction were number of staff, the utility area, number of beds, etc. Conclusion Inpatients' perceived performance and overall satisfaction in township health clinics need to be improved. Factors of health care system influenced patients' satisfaction more than individual characteristic. We should improve the patients' satisfaction from the point of development of township health clinics.
