山东省农村育龄期妇女自杀意念发生情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解农村育龄期妇女的自杀意念发生情况及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取样本,利用自制自杀意念调查表对其自杀意念状况进行访谈式调查,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共调查山东省农村育龄期妇女924人,自杀意念发生率为9.42%,分析结果显示,高年龄组、自感家庭经济状况差、心理健康状况差、各方面压力大、面临各种负性生活事件以及患有各种妇科疾病的农村育龄期妇女自杀意念发生率高。结论:山东省农村育龄期妇女自杀意念发生率处于较高水平。应引起有关部门重视,并实施有针对性的干预措施。Objective To evaluate the suicide ideation of rural women of child-bearing period and its influencing factors. Methods The sample was randomly chosen by stratified cluster-based random sampling method and was interviewed with self-made questionnaire of suicide ideation. The data were statistically analyzed with software of SPSS16.0. Results 924 cases of rural women of child-bearing period in Shandong were studied,the rate of suicide ideation was 9.42% ,the results showed that rural women of child-bearing period with the high age group, self-inductance of family economic status was poor, the mental health was poor, all aspects of great pressure,faced with a variety of negative events and suffered from a variety of gynecological diseases had a high incidence of suicide ideation. Conclusion The incidence of suicide ideation of rural women of child-beating period in Shandong Province had a high level, the relevant departments must pay attention to it, and carry out the targeted interventions.
