摘  要:目的 观察大鼠腰动脉的解剖学特点,为腰动脉阻断建立大鼠脊髓缺血模型提供依据.方法 采用红色乳胶灌注SD大鼠的降主动脉,在显微镜下解剖并观察大鼠腰动脉.20只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(仅分离出腰动脉)和脊髓缺血组(结扎所有腰动脉),并于术后进行大鼠后肢运动功能BBB评分和脊髓苏木素-伊红(HE)染色镜下观察.结果 大鼠腰动脉从腹主动脉的背面发出,共有5根(依次命名为L1、L2、L3、LA及L5),L1 ~ L2、L2~L3、L3~LA及L4~L5之间的距离(mm)分别为:6.442 ±0.653、9.146±0.554、1.700±0.225及9.142±1.508;术后48 h对缺血组大鼠后肢运动功能BBB评分约为10分,缺血组脊髓腰膨大HE染色镜下观察:前角神经元细胞核萎缩或溶解,呈凋亡和坏死样改变,正常神经元数目减少.结论 大鼠共有5根腰动脉,解剖位置比较固定,便于结扎,适合动物脊髓缺血模型的制作.Objective To observe the anatomic features of rat lumbar arteries which can provide evidence for establish spinal cord ischemia model by clamping lumbar arteries.Methods Microanatomical observation of rat lumbar arteries were studied on 10 SD rats descending aorta perfused with red emulsion.20 SD rats were divided into the sham operation group (just separate out all lumbar arteries) and spinal cord ischemia group (lumbar arteries were ligated).BBB scoring of motor function of hindlimb of rats and the hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) were taken after ligation.Results There were five lumbar arteries which were derived from the dorsal side of abdominal aorta.The distance between lumbar arteries were (6.442 ±0.653),(9.146 ±0.554),(1.700 ±0.225) and (9.142 ± 1.508) mm.BBB scoring of motor function of hindlimb of rats after vascular ligation 48 h was about 10.The result of spinal cord ischemia HE was that the.nuclei of spinal cord anterior horn neurons were disrupted or shrunk,nervous cell apoptosis and necrosis and the number of normal neuron was decreasing.Conclusion Rats have five lumbar arteries.Their anatomical location was fixed and they were easy to ligate.Thus,rats were convenient to make spinal cord ischemia models.
