摘 要:汽包锅炉蓄热系数是衡量机组蓄能的主要参数,推导出锅炉蓄热系数及蓄热能力随汽包压力变化的关系。根据能量守恒的原理,单元机组响应负荷变化时,控制量(锅炉燃烧率)一方面在静态前馈的作用下满足了负荷的变化,同时还要根据产生的汽包压力偏差计算出需要补偿的锅炉蓄热作为炉主控的一个动态前馈,及时满足系统改变汽压(调整锅炉蓄能)的需要,并分析了此方案的可行性,现场投运效果表明将锅炉蓄热直接应用在协调控制系统中的控制方案可行。The drum boiler heat storage coefficient is a main parameter to measure the storage energy of the unit and the boiler heat storage coefficient and the trend that the boiler heat storage change with the pressure was calculated.According to the principle of conservation of energy,when the unit responses to the load,the amount of control (boiler combustion rate) must adapt the changes in the load under static feed forward,meanwhile,according to the deviation of the pressure,calculates the boiler heat storage which is as a feed-forward to the furnace control in order to meet the needs of changing the vapor pressure (adjustment of boiler energy storage) immediately.The feasibility of this scheme was analyzed and the operation results show that the control scheme of boiler heat is feasible.
