摘  要:金属检测机准确检测在金属杂质造成的食品安全问题方面有着广泛的应用。为了克服传统金属检测机抗干扰能力与信号实时性差、检测精度低等问题,提出一种全数字金属检测机信号处理系统方案,采用软件算法,将采集到的信号与系统内部产生的同频的载波信号进行相乘解调,进而通过两级FIR以及CIC梳状滤波器实现低通滤波并降低采样频率,提高了金属检测机的抗干扰能力以及检测实时性,同时降低了系统运算量。并通过MATLAB进行了数字式金属检测机信号处理系统仿真,仿真结果表明,全数字金属检测机能够得到较高的检测精度,具有较高的实际应用价值。The metal detector has a wide range of applications in the assurance of food safety issues.Aimed at the problem of anti-interference ability,poor real-time ability and low detection accuracy,this paper presented a full digital metal detector system program.The system uses software algorithms to complete the demodulation of the carrier signal and the signal collected.And By the two-step FIR and CIC comb filter achieving low-pass filtering,the sampiing frequency was reduced,and the anti-interference ability of the metal detector and real-time detection were improved while decreasing the amount of system operation.After carrying out the simulation with MATLAB,it also verified that the all-digital metal detector has higher detection accuracy and higher practical application value.
