中国进出口贸易内涵自然资本的生态足迹分析

摘　　要：本文拓展出"投入产出—产品用地系数矩阵"(IO-PLUM)模型,以之估算1997、2002、2005、2007年中国进出口贸易内涵自然资本,以生态足迹(EF)作为自然资本的测度。结果显示:①除农林牧渔业外,中国28个部门的进出口贸易内涵实际用地EF均为净出口,加重了中国的生态资源负担;中国29个部门的进出口商品内涵碳汇用地EF均为净出口,加剧了中国的环境污染。②中国进出口贸易收汇EF成本不断增加,而付汇EF收益不断减少。③直接EF成本对出口内涵实际用地呈现促进作用,对出口内涵碳汇用地却呈现抑制作用;国产品投入产出结构变化以及出口部门结构变化对出口内涵实际用地呈现抑制作用,但对出口内涵碳汇用地却呈现促进作用;出口依存度和GDP的变化对出口内涵实际用地和碳汇用地都呈现促进作用。An input-output and product land use matrix （IO-PLUM） approach is developed in this paper to estimate the natural capital embodied in China＇s import and export trade （CIET） in the year of 1997, 2002, 2005 and 2007, and ecological footprint （EF） is employed to measure natural capital. The results show that： ①Except the sector of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, China＇s remaining 28 sectors had net export of the actual land EF embodied in export and import trade, which increased China＇s burden of ecological resources; China＇s whole 29 sectors had net export of carbon sink land EF embodied in export and import trade, which intensified China＇s environmental pollution. ②China＇s EF cost for inward currency kept increasing, and its EF benefit for outward currency kept decreasing. ③The direct EF cost promoted the actual land embodied in export but inhibited the carbon sink land embodied in export, the domestic made product input-output structure and the export sector structure inhibited the actual land embodied in export but the carbon sink land embodied in export, export dependency and GDP promoted both the actual land and carbon sink land embodied in export.
