摘 要:针对现行瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔存在的封孔工艺繁琐、操作要求高、适用范围有限、抽采瓦斯浓度偏低、钻孔有效抽采周期短等技术难题,提出了采用新型封孔装置进行封孔,阐述了新型封孔装置的封孔的原理。对新型封孔装置+水泥浆封孔与聚氨酯+水泥浆封孔后的瓦斯抽采浓度进行了对比试验,试验结果表明:应用新型封孔装置+水泥浆封孔,单孔封孔仅需25 min,而聚氨酯+水泥浆封孔需55 min;封孔抽采48 d后,新型封孔装置+水泥浆封孔钻孔平均瓦斯体积分数在33%左右,远高出聚氨酯+水泥浆封孔钻孔抽采的瓦斯体积分数4%。新型封孔装置封孔工艺简单,封孔后钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度高、时间长,具有推广应用价值。According to the complicated borehole sealing technique and high operation requirements existed in the available borehole seal- ing of the gas drainage, the limited application scope, low gas drainage concentration, short effective gas drainage period of the borehole and other technical difficulties, a new borehole sealing device was applied to seal the borehole. The paper stated the borehole sealing principle of the new borehole sealing device.A comparison analysis was conducted on the gas drainage concentrations between the new borehole sealing device+cement grout borehole sealing and the polyurethane+cement grout borehole sealing, the experiment resttlts showed that with the ap- plication of the new borehole sealing device+cement grout borehole sealing, a single borehole sealing would only require 25 min and the polyurethane+cement grout borehole sealing would require 55 min for a single borehole.After 48 days of the borehole sealing and gas drain- age ,the average gas volume fraction of the new borehole sealing device+cement grout borehole sealing was about 33% and was higher than the gas volume fraction 4% drained from the polyurethane+cement grout sealing borehole.The borehole sealing technique of the new bore- hole sealing device was simple and after the borehole sealing, the gas drainage concentration from the borehole would be high and the gas drainage time would be longer with a promotion and application value.
