摘  要:我国针对"核心力量训练"在竞技运动中研究较多,但在教学,尤其是在近年来发展迅猛的普通高校艺术体操课中的运用研究较少。通过分析现代社会背景下普通高校艺术体操课引入核心力量训练的必要性和可行性,以及如何结合艺术体操项目特征进行核心力量训练的方法及开展核心力量训练存在的问题,为普通高校进行艺术体操课教学改革,使高校艺术体操课能满足社会发展和学生健身需要提供参考。In recent years, a great number of researches have been carried out on "core strength training" in competitive sports, but in the field of physical education, especially in rhythmic gymnastics class which gained rapid development in recent years, relative applied research is comparatively scarce. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of introducing core strength training in rhythmic gymnastics class in colleges and universities under the modern social background, as well as how to launch core strength training combined with characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics, and the problems of carrying out core strength training, tb_e present thesis sets to provide reference for the reform o{ rhythmic gymnastics class in colle- ges and universities so as to meet the social development and the need of students for fitness.
