我国部分省市中小学体育社团发展现状分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、案例研究法等方法,对我国部分省市中小学体育社团的开展现状进行研究。通过选取北京、吉林、湖北、江苏及广东5个省市的中小学体育社团进行问卷及走访调查,了解其在组织管理、基本活动情况、参与学生及指导教师方面的现状,发现其活动开展中存在的问题。经调查,当前我国中小学体育社团存在的主要问题为:领导不够重视,经费投入不足,学生业余时间缺乏,场地器材缺乏,活动时间安排不合理,内容枯燥,项目种类单一,家长的态度有待提高,以及规章制度不完善,组织管理松散。解决当前问题的主要对策包括:校领导转变观念,加强重视程度;减轻学生课业负担,增加课外活动时间,加强经费及物质保证,拓宽经费来源;根据学生的实际情况合理安排活动时间,丰富项目的内容与种类;积极与学生家长沟通交流,提高家长的支持度;完善社团的规章制度,加强组织管理。A^tract：This paper sets to research the status quo of sports communities in primary and secondary schools in some regions in China by using the research methods of literature review, questionnaire, and case study. After surveying the sports communities in some primary and secondary schools in Beijing, Ji- lin, Hubei,Jiangsu and Guangdong with questionnaire and visiting, this study aims to understand the cur- rent situation of the organization and management, basic activities, students and teachers involved, to de- termine the existing problems. After investigation, it has been found that the major problems are： insuffi- cient attention of the leadership, inadequate funding, lack of spare time, lack of the sites and equipment, unreasonable arrangement of the exercise time, boring content, monotonous games, inappropriate parents＇ attitude and imperfect rules and regulations, as well as loose organization and management. The main countermeasures to solve the problems include：to change concepts and pay more attention on the part of the leadership of the schoolsl to reduce the schoolwork burden for the students, to increase the time of ex- tracurricular activities, to strengthen the funds and the material guarantee, and to broaden sources of funds^to arrange the activity time according to the actual situation of the students, and to enrich the con- tent and types of the games; to communicate actively with the parents of the students, to better involve the support of the parents; as well as to perfect the rules and regulations of the sports communities, and to strengthen the organization and management.
