高师体育院系学生的教学专业化水平提升策略

摘　　要：从厦门市近3年招聘中小学体育教师情况中发现了许多高师体育院系毕业生存在着运动技能掌握不全面和教学实际操作能力低下的问题。结合3年的考试情况分析,对完善高师体育教育专业人才培养目标提出建议,对教学专业化水平提高进行策略研究,以期有效实现高校体育人才培养与中小学体育教学需求的完美对接。From the test results of the recruitment of P. E. teachers in primary and middle schools In Xiamen during the past three years,it has been found that many graduates of P. E. maior in normal universities are in lack of all-round sports skills or practical teaching abilities. This paper aims at analyzing above mentioned test results and giving suggestions to the adaptation and improvement of educational objectives of P. E. major in normal universities. It also proposes to research on the strategies for improving the pro- fessional level of teaching of P. E. majors, so as to meet the needs of P. E. teaching in elementary and mid die schools.
