摘　　要：在文献资料和实地调研的基础上,通过对"嘉庚杯""敬贤杯"海峡两岸龙舟赛基本情况的分析,探讨其社会效应。研究表明:"嘉庚杯""敬贤杯"海峡两岸龙舟赛展示海西五缘优势,体现对台特色,助推祖国统一;带动全民健身,缩短我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进的征程;促进福建体育文化产业的长足发展;提升厦门社会和谐精神文明建设;促进厦门体育休闲旅游的兴旺发达,拉动商贸互动与经济增长,有效提升城市知名度。民俗体育赛事的蓬勃兴旺极大地促进我国体育文化的传承与发展,对建设体育文化强国有着切实的现实意义。;Adopting the research methods of literature review and field research, the present thesis sets to study the social effect of folk sport events through the analysis of Tan Kah-kee Cup and Jingxian Cup cross-strait dragon boat races. The results show that there are five advantages at least of Tan Kah-kee Cup and JingXian Cup cross-strait dragon boat races. First, it is helpful for the reunification of the motherland. Second, it enhances national fitness and accelerates the transformation process from a major sports country to a world sports power. Third, it facilitates the rapid development of sport culture industries in Fujian Province. Forth, it promotes social harmony and the construction of spiritual civilization. Fifth, it ensures the prosperity of sport leisure tourism in Xiamen, boosts business interaction and economic growth, and effectively enhances the reputation of the city. The prosperous development of folk sport events greatly promotes the heritage and development of sport culture in China, which is of great significance to the construction of a world sports power in culture.
