我国健美操青少年测试赛的测试指标与评价体系研究

摘　　要：2008年青少年测试赛作为联赛的资格赛正式运行,作为核心的测试指标与评价体系在执行过程中存在的问题逐渐浮现。运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法对我国竞技健美操青少年测试赛的身体形态、专项体能、专项技能与成套动作4项测试指标与评价标准进行统计分析,并验证各指标的权重。结果表明:青少年测试赛测试指标与评价总体设置较均衡,但身体形态指标存在较大争议,该指标重要且必要,应继续作为青少年测试赛测试指标;其余3项指标与评价设置较为合理,对此进行优化和完善;测试赛一级指标权重波动性较大,合理性偏低,故进行权重重置。The youth aerobic test events were officially operated as the qualification round of the league in 2008. However, the problems of the test indicators and evaluation system as the core gradually emerged in the execution process. With research methods including questionaire, expert interview, literature review and mathematical statistics, the present study carries out a statistical analysis on four test indicators and evaluation standards, namely, physical composition, specific fitness, specific skills and systematic actions, of competitive youth aerobic test events in China. And the proportion of each indicator have been verified. The results show that the overall evaluation and evaluation system are fairly balanced, but the indicator of physical composition is in great controversy, which is believed important and necessary, and should con- tinue to serve as the test indicator of the youth aerobic test events. The rest test indicators are fairly reasonable,but in need of further improvement and optimization. The first level indicators of the test events are rather volatile in proportion and in lack of rationality and have thus been reseted.
