摘　　要：许多流行病学和试验研究表明睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与胰岛素抵抗相关，且独立于肥胖，间歇低氧、睡眠紊乱可能是联系两者的重要环节，本文就睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与胰岛素抵抗可能的相关机制作一综述。Many epidemiologic and experimental studies have demonstrated that obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） is associated with insulin resistanee（IR） independent of adiposity. Intermittent hypoxia and sleep disturbance may be the key link between these two conditions. In this article, we will review the possible mechanism underlying the association of OSAHS and IR.
