摘　　要：髓样细胞触发受体-1（triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 ,TREM-1）是表达于中性粒细胞和单核细胞表面的膜受体，属于免疫蛋白超家族，与未知配体结合有放大炎症反应的作用。近来研究发现可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1作为生物标记物与呼吸系统多种疾病有密切的联系。本文就TREM-1的结构、表达及其与呼吸系统疾病的关系进行综述。Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 （TREM-1） is a cell-surface receptor expressed on neutrophils and monocytes, that belongs to the member of immunoglobulin superfamily, that connected its unknown ligand could amplify the inflammation responses. Recently it is found that the soluble TREM-1 （sTREM-1） as biomarker and respiratory disease are closely connected. This review mainly summarizes the TREM-1 of structure, biological expression and the relationship with respiratory disease.
