摘 要:为了满足航空发动机高的推重比,各个零部件的质量都有很严格的要求。轮盘作为发动机中的转子部件,对其结构设计也相当重要。首先基于等强度盘理论,了解了等强度盘存在的可能性及其设计方法。并通过有限元法掌握了结构设计和优化的理论知识。再利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了轮盘结构优化设计模型,选取了结构优化设计中的变量。然后对某型航空发动机压气机轮盘进行了优化设计,在满足同样的应力约束条件下,优化后轮盘的质量比传统方法优化结果减轻了10.27%。In order to meet the high thrust-to-weight ratio of aero-engine, all parts have a very strict quality require- ments. Disks are the rotor components of the engine, so its structural design is very significant. According to the e- quivalent strength theory, the possibility of the equivlent strength disk exists and its design method are found. And the theoretical knowledge of the structueal design and optimization method are mastered by studying the finite ele- ment method. An optimum design model is established and main optimum design variables are chosen for disk based on ANSYS optimization platform. And then the design of an aeroengine compressor disk was optimized by this method. On the same stress conditions, the quality of the optimization disk was reduced by 10. 27% than the quali- ty of the traditional method design.
