摘  要:从原料选择、混纺比、纱线线密度、捻度等方面阐述了羊毛/腈纶/锦纶/金银丝混纺纱的设计要点,对各工序的生产技术进行了探讨。结果表明:利用羊毛、腈纶、锦纶、金银丝4种纤维细度的差异,达到了其在混纺纱横截面中合理分布的效果。生产该产品的关键技术是:采用多次"假和"的和毛工艺,使极低比例的金银丝与其他纤维充分混合,各工序均应采取相应技术措施以保证产品的质量。This article expounds the main points of the design of wool/acrylic/nylon/metallic fiber blended yarn through the aspects of the choice of raw material, blending ratio, yarn's line density and twist. The results show that the effects of reasonable distribution of wool, acrylic, nylon and metallic fiber in blended yarn's cross section is attained with the difference of linear density among four kinds of fibers. The key technology of this blended yarn is that false-mix is used repeatedly in order that low proportional metallic fiber is mixed with others fully. The relevant technical measures in each process are used in order to ensure the quality of products.
