摘　　要：研究了自制净洗剂HL-1对狐狸绒前处理的影响,通过使用自制净洗剂HL-1作为狐狸绒前处理的主要试剂,达到了简化狐狸绒的前处理工艺,缩短前处理时间的目的。并对前处理过程中净洗剂HL-1用量、HAc用量、脱色温度及时间等因素进行了实验研究,分析了狐狸绒的白度、强力等实验指标。结果表明,当采用净洗剂HL-1用量1.0%(owf),HAc用量3.0%(owf),脱色温度65℃,脱色时间40 min的工艺处理时,既能够保持狐狸绒原有的物理性能,又能降低纤维损伤。This study is designed to the effect of the self-made detergent HL-1 on the pretreatment of fox cashmere. By using of self-made detergent HL-1 as the main detergent, it can achieve both pretreatment process simplification and pretreatment time shortened purpose, the dosage of detergent HL-1, HAc, the deeolorization temperature and time were researched. The results showed that, when using the dosage of detergent HL-1 1.0% （ owf）, the dosage of HAc 3.0% （ owf）, the deeolorization temperature 65 ℃ , the decolorization time 40 min, it can keep the original properties of fox cashmere and reduce the fiber damage.
