羊绒针织物特种印花工艺的优化

摘　　要：特种印花是一种能在织物表面,通过特殊材料和方法印制得到特殊花纹效果的印花方法,具有工艺简单、轮廓清晰、适用性广、节约成本、对环境污染小等特点。在单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验,对金粉、黏合剂、抗氧化剂用量及烘培温度、烘培时间进行优化,得到适宜的印花工艺参数。研究结果表明:金粉15%,黏合剂19%,抗氧化剂0.5%,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间6 min印花效果较好。Special printing is a method of which use special material and method to get special pattern effect on the fabric surface. It has characteristics of simple process, outline clear, wide applicability, cost saving and little pollution to environment. This text experiment orthogonal test based on the single factor experiment, optimize gold powder, binder, antioxidant consumption, bake temperature and bake time. With the experiments we get the suitable printing process parameters. The results of the study show that： gold powder 15% , binder 19% , antioxidant 0.5% , bake temperature 140℃ , bake time 6min is the best process.
