摘 要:采用盐酸羟胺对腈纶纤维进行改性,对改性腈纶用亚甲基蓝阳离子染料进行染色,探讨了染色温度、pH值、氯化钠用量、染色时间和染料用量对未改性和改性织物染色性能的影响,测试了染色织物的牢度。研究结果表明:与未改性腈纶相比,改性腈纶的亲水性增强、抗静电性性能提高,亚甲基蓝染色改性腈纶织物的表观色深值略低,且染色改性腈纶织物的彩度有所下降,红绿指数a*、黄蓝指数b*和色相角H也有较大变化,染液pH值对改性腈纶的影响较大,改性腈纶的升温上染速率降低,但染色改性腈纶织物的牢度与未改性腈纶一致。The hydroxylamine hydrochloride was applied to pretreatment acrylic fabric. The cationic dye methylene blue was applied to dyeing the modified fabrics. The effects of dyeing temperature, pH value, time, dosage of sodium chloride and methylene blue on dyeing performance were compared by conventional acrylic fabric. The color fastness of dyeing was also investigated. It was found that the hydrophily and antistatic of amidoxime acrylic fabric was higher than that of conventional acrylic fabric, the K/S value of amidoxime acrylic fabric was lower than that of conventional acrylic fabric, the value of a^* , b ^* and H also changed, the influence of dyeing pH value on amidoxime acrylic fabric more than conventional acrylic fabric, the dyeing rate of amidoxime acrylic fabric was lower than that of conventional acrylic fabric, but the color fastness of dyed fabric was good as conventional acrylic fabric.
